The process
From first call to funds released.
Eight stages, in this order, with nothing hidden between them. You can see exactly where your case stands at any time inside your account.
- 01
Free consultation
Day 0 · 20–30 minutes
You speak to a case specialist by phone or video, explain what happened, and we tell you honestly whether the case is traceable and what a realistic outcome looks like. No cost, no obligation, and you leave knowing who your specialist is and how to reach them.
- 02
Case intake and evidence
Day 1–3
We open your file and collect everything: transaction hashes, wallet addresses, bank statements, exchange correspondence, screenshots and chat logs. Documents upload securely from your dashboard, are encrypted, and are visible only to the team assigned to your case. You also receive a written scope of what we will and will not pursue.
- 03
Blockchain tracing
Week 1–3
Analysts follow the funds hop by hop across chains and through mixers, bridges and swap services. Addresses are clustered, scored for risk, and matched against known fraud infrastructure and exchange receiving wallets until we can name the custodian holding the funds.
- 04
Evidence dossier
Week 3–4
The trace becomes a structured report: executive summary, chronological event log, cluster maps, exchange attribution and a chain of custody statement. It is written so a compliance officer, a solicitor or an investigator can act on it without further explanation, and it is shared with you in full.
- 05
Exchange and legal action
Week 4 onwards
We serve the dossier on the exchange or custodian holding the funds and work with legal partners where a freezing order or civil claim is the right route. Most cases are resolved at the compliance desk without litigation; escalation happens only when it improves the outcome.
- 06
Asset Return confirmed
On release by the custodian
When funds are released, the returned amount is recorded against your account and appears in your dashboard, with written confirmation of what was returned.
- 07
Wallet verification
Before disbursement
The wallet receiving your funds has to be proven to belong to you, which also satisfies the anti-money-laundering checks that apply to a release. Your case specialist explains this stage with you directly on a call, so you always know what is happening and why before anything moves.
- 08
Funds released
Final stage
Your balance is released to your wallet, and you can withdraw it to your bank account. Balances, movements and pending releases stay visible in your dashboard throughout.
