We only write from addresses ending in @crtrace.com. Anything else is not us, however similar it looks.
What we will never do
- We never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private keys — not once, not for any reason.
- We never ask you to send digital assets to a personal address given over the phone or chat.
- We never guarantee a returned amount or a date before the trace is complete.
- We never charge a fee to release funds that are already in your managed wallet.
